Cancellation Policy
If a team or individual cancels prior to the registration deadline a FULL refund will be provided with the exception of an administrative and processing fee equal to 25% of registration.

If a team or individual cancels after the registration deadline and before the start of the event no cash refunds are provided but a 50% credit for future registration is provided which is valid for one year.

If a team or individual cancels after the start of an event no refund or credit will be provided.

Individuals Registrations
Please note that all requests to play together on an individuals team ARE NOT guaranteed, though we will try to accommodate them as space allows. For purposes of avoiding defaults teams will be oversubscribed.  NOTE:  Not So Pro cannot guarantee all changes requested.

Changes to Registrations
A change request includes division, night, and sport changes.  All team or individual changes must be documented in an email and sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   Only the captain can submit a request change.  A $25 administration fee will be charged to complete a change. 
NOTE:  Not So Pro cannot guarantee all changes requested.

Age Requirements
All players must be a minimum of 19 years of age to participate in any Not So Pro Sports League. Not So Pro Sports reserves the right to check for proof of age, and to remove any player who does not meet age eligibility requirements without refund.
