Tournament Details

This year marks the 15th anniversary of our Wasaga Beach NSP Beach Volleyball Tournament.  Over 140 teams and 1000 players participated at the 2012 tour stop.  The second stop on the NSP Beach Volleyball Tour in 2013 promoises to be even bigger and better!

An action packed weekend of beach volleyball - your team is guaranteed to play approximately eighteen 20-minute games on Saturday and Sunday - and even more if you advance to the playoffs!

To add additional flavour to our tournaments, we have social breaks every hour to win some cool swag, a hot D.J. spinning the tunes all weekend long, sponsor booths to visit, as well as the ever-popular food and beverage gardens right on the beach. 

In addition to the prizing for the top three teams in each division, we will be offering prize money to the winning teams in the Elite 4's division.  The prize money is as follows:

1st place - $300/team

2nd place - $200/team

3rd place - $100/team

8:00pm - 10:00pm:  Team captains check-in (all teams are required to check-in on Friday night at the Dard)

10:00pm - 2:00am:  Party at the Dard

8:00am - 8:30am:  Final check-in for team captains 

8:30am - 8:45am:  Team Captain's meeting

9:00am - 6:00pm:  Beach Volleyball Action!

10:00pm - 2:00am:  Party at the Dard

Sunday, July 7, 2013 

9:00am - 2:30pm:  Beach Volleyball Round Robin Play

2:30pm - 4:00pm:  Playoffs and Finals

4:00pm - 5:30pm:  Awards Presentations

Divisions

Elite, Competitive and advanced 4's

Must have 2 males and 2 females on the court at all times.

advanced, intermediate and recreational 6's

Must have a minimum of 2 males and 2 females, with a total of 6 players on the court at all times.
