When registering a team, the team captain must provide the following information:

• User ID or first name, last name and valid email address for each player listed on the roster. We would prefer if team captains would register their teammates using user ID numbers.
  NOTE: Fake names and or false email addresses are not acceptable. If obvious false information is provided there will be a $10 administration fee to correct the information.
  
  
• Full payment is required with a valid credit card number upon registration. Not So Pro accepts VISA and Mastercard. If an invalid credit card is provided or declined payment you and/or your team are put onto a waiting list until full payment is received. Therefore, you are not registered or scheduled into the league.
  NOTE: Cheques are no longer accepted.

It is a captain's responsibility to obtain his/her player's user ID's prior to registering a team.
