Members' Non-Solicitation Agreement 

Not So Pro members may not verbally attack any Not So Pro Sports property at any Not So Pro event for personal or professional gain.  Any Not So Pro member who does not abide to this will not be provided a refund and will not be allowed to participate in Not So Pro events.

Disclosure

NSP will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties (ie. other NSP members, NSP sponsors or suppliers) any user details derived from the registration for or use of an NSP service -- including user names and addresses -- without the consent of the user (except as required by law or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others).

Any agents, contractors or companies used by NSP to perform service on NSP's behalf (ie. clinics, fitness programs, etc.) are provided personal information only as needed to perform their contracted services.

Collection and Use of User Information

Personal information is required from all users for the following purposes (not a complete list):

*  event registration and communication (including league and event updates/changes)

*  customer service

*  billing

*  marketing of upcoming NSP leagues and events

*  marketing of upcoming non-NSP events we think will be of interest to you (no personal information will be disclosed to any third parties)

User Choice

A user may choose not to receive direct marketing communications from NSP by contacting the NSP office with this request. Upon such notification, NSP will remove the user from their distribution list.

A user may challenge/question/correct the accuracy of any personal information collected by NSP by contacting the NSP office with this request.
