• If a team or individual cancels prior to the registration deadline a 75% refund will be provided.
• If a team or individual cancels after the registration deadline and before the start of the event no cash refunds are provided but a 75% credit for future registration is provided which is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• If a team or individual cancels after the start of an event no refund or credit will be provided.
• No refunds are provided for opponents defaulting. If a team defaults 3 games they are removed from league competition as per the Default policy.

Beach Tour Cancellations

• Cancellations for Beach Tour registrations must be made prior to the registration deadline.  Once scheduling is underway, we are unable to make any changes.
