With the exception of beach volleyball schedules will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the game time. Not So Pro is not required to reschedule any games that teams cannot attend due to other commitments. Not So Pro will attempt to reschedule any games cancelled due to weather or school cancellations.

Under special circumstances Not So Pro reserves the right to schedule the total number of games registered for in a shorter time period then indicated at time of registration.
